This session invites reflection on your life experiences and how honoring personal or familial legacy can be a source of healing, connection, and peace. Please note this class and discussion has a particular focus to those affected by the Eaton Wildfire. BLACK HISTORY MONTH MUSICAL CELEBRATION Thursday, February 19 at 2:00 p.m. Presented by Marlaina Owens and Ronnie Ohannon Free – Members, $5.00 – Nonmembers Celebrate Black History Month with an uplifting musical program featuring two dynamic vocalists from the acclaimed DC6 Singers Collective. We will showcase a diverse selection of music composed by and made famous through the contributions of Black artists. Known for their charismatic stage presence and past performances with MUSE/IQUE and other regional venues these energetic performers bring each song vividly to life. Reservations are suggested.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND THE FUTURE OF AGING Thursday, February 12 at 10:00 a.m., via Zoom Presented by Foundation for Senior Service This presentation offers an overview of artificial intelligence (AI) and its impact on society, with a focus on older adults. Participants will learn how AI is shaping everyday life and gain practical tips on staying informed, aware, and cautious in this rapidly evolving digital age. The session will explore AI’s role in four key areas: communication, physical and mental health, mobility, and companionship.
