We will highlight how cannabis and CBD can improve the well-being of older adults by offering pain relief, reduce inflammation, better sleep, and anxiety management. “Senior-Specific Dosing & Products” focuses on personalized dosing and product selection, advising low starting doses to avoid adverse effects and covering various suitable forms of cannabis and CBD. “Navigating California Laws & Facility Policies” guides seniors and caregivers on the legal landscape of cannabis use in California, providing practical advice on compliance and facility policies.

A CULTURAL THURSDAY EVENT! SENIOR GAMES: WINNING NEVER GROWS OLD Thursday, March 20, at 2:00 p.m., via Zoom Presented by the California Senior Games Association
Participating in competitive sports doesn’t have an age limit. Olympic-style sports competitions for adults 50+, known as Senior Games, encourage adults to stay fit, make friends, and sometimes even set world records through competitive sports. Join host Anne Warner Cribbs, Olympian (1960) and president of the California Senior Games Association, who, along with a panel of athletes, will share their tips and challenges for staying competitive in mind and body through sports.
