We’re excited to carry on this tradition of excellence, good sportsmanship, and opportunity that was founded by Cynthia Rosedale in 1993. Events take place primarily in the Pasadena area. Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded in 5-year age categories for each event. Pasadena Senior Games is an annual competition of Olympic-style athletic events for adults 50+. Our Games are both competitive and inclusive, welcoming novice competitors along with elite athletes. This annual coming-together of people from around the region creates community, reinforces a sense of belonging, forges friendships, and often sets sports records. Are you new to the Senior Games? Welcome! Pasadena Senior Games are open to all adults 50+, and we love having first-time competitors. Know that you may be competing alongside experienced athletes, and it is expected that every participant is familiar with the rules of their sport.
