Some of the most glorious music ever written for brass instruments was from the Baroque period, and the Police Brass Quintet highlights that style in their performances. They’ll also play pieces from other eras composed for brass. Join us for this musically uplifting and entertaining program. HEALTH FAIR Friday, January 16, 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Kathy Eastwood from Huntington Hospital will be doing blood pressure and glucose testing. The Hear Center will be doing free hearing screenings. Insurance representatives will be on hand to show different Medicare Health Plans, and answer questions that you may have. FREE PRODUCE DISTRIBUTION Friday, January 16 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Provided by the Order of Malta Mobile Ministries The Order of Malta Mobile Ministries provides vegetables and fruit to the Pasadena Senior Center Produce Fair every third Friday of the month. We recommend that you bring bags or a cart to take your produce home. Get your groove on with a special concert celebrating the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. and our resilience as a community. The JazzZone is the group who makes cool jazz sizzle, and their jazz, blues, and R & B will have you smiling and swaying. Dancing is encouraged! This concert is indoors and open to all.
